Chocolate Mousse

Personally I love creamy desserts. They look delicious and are very pleasant to eat. Despite the fact chocolate is not my addiction, this mousse won my heart. It's very light, tender and you can see these bubbles that make it soo great! The recipe is one of the easiest ever:


Here you do everything you want. Maybe you don't like when you feel the bitterness of chocolate -take 50 g instead , or just choose milk chocolate. You can also add liquor if it's not for kids. 

DIRECTIONS

1. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff
2. Beat egg yolks with a sugar powder on a medium speed for 2 min
3. Melt chocolate using a water bath
4. Gradually pour yolks into the chocolate and mix fast
4. Take a small portion of beaten whites and add to your chocolate mixture - mix using a whisk or spatula
5. Combine the rest of whites with a chocolate mixture
6. Pour chocolate mousse in the glasses and set in the fridge for 3 hours

If you beat the eggs well your mousse will be airy and light. And I'd advise to not leave that in the fridge for less than 3 hours. This is a basic recipe, but you can make it original by adding flavours to your taste. Hope you enjoy :)
